Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a way to reduce everyday stress and tension, to ease pain, be more present, move with freedom and more ease and improve various skills (performance, playing a musical instrument, singing, dancing, athletics) along with a greater awareness of life and our moment to moment reactions to it? This Introductory Alexander workshop will teach you the beginnings of awareness of individual habitual excess tension and how to undo it. Alexander Technique is a practical method for becoming aware of and learning to use the appropriate amount of tension for any particular activity. It will be taught through delicate hands-on guidance, verbal directions and observation. It is applicable to anything you do in life.
